Reno City FC's future home is planned as a brand-new soccer-specific stadium at the heart of The Boulevard Reno, a proposed $350 million mixed-use sports, entertainment and hospitality district located on the former Jones West Ford site along Kietzke Lane in Reno.
The project represents a significant proposed investment in Northern Nevada and aims to establish a permanent home for professional soccer in our region. Demolition of the existing site is underway, and the project continues through the City of Reno's public review and entitlement process.
On October 14, 2026, The Boulevard Reno reached an important milestone, receiving a unanimous favorable vote on the Zoning Map Amendments and a favorable vote on the Master Plan from the Reno Planning Commission.
This marks an encouraging first step, with additional public hearings and approvals still ahead.
Designed as more than a stadium, The Boulevard Reno would bring together restaurants, bars, retail, hospitality, public gathering spaces and year-round entertainment, creating a destination for residents and visitors alike.
At its heart will be a planned 6,000-seat soccer-specific stadium purpose-built for Reno City FC, where supporters can experience professional soccer up close and create lasting memories with family and friends.
The vision extends far beyond 90 minutes on the pitch.
A place to watch a match. A place to meet, eat, celebrate and spend time together. A new Third Space for Northern Nevada.
As the project progresses, we'll share updates on the public approval process, construction milestones, stadium renderings and important announcements right here.
The future home of Reno City FC is taking shape, and we're excited to continue the journey with our community.
THE BOULEVARD RENO
The Boulevard Reno is envisioned as a year-round destination at Kietzke Lane and Peckham Lane, transforming the former Jones West Ford site and surrounding property into a sports, entertainment and hospitality district.
Current Phase 1 plans include:
-
6,000-seat soccer-specific stadium
-
358 hotel rooms
-
Restaurants, bars and retail
-
Public plaza and gathering spaces
-
Event and convention space
-
On-site parking and supporting infrastructure
Together, these elements are designed to create a destination that is active beyond Reno City FC matchdays, bringing people together for sports, dining, entertainment, events and community experiences throughout the year.
BUILT FOR THE CITY
The stadium is being designed specifically for soccer, bringing supporters close to the action and creating the intimate, energetic atmosphere that makes the world's game special.
It will be Reno City FC's home, but our ambition for The Boulevard Reno is something bigger: a gathering place for Northern Nevada.
A destination where you can arrive hours before kickoff, meet friends and family, enjoy local dining and entertainment, experience the match, celebrate afterward and return even when Reno City FC isn't playing.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
LISTENING, LEARNING AND BUILDING TOGETHER
The Boulevard Reno is a significant proposed development, and we recognize the importance of ongoing conversations with the people who live, work and spend time in the surrounding neighborhoods.
We want our community to have opportunities to learn about the project, ask questions, raise concerns and share ideas as plans move forward.
Following the cancellation of our previously scheduled Neighborhood Advisory Board (NAB) appearance, we are working to secure a place on an upcoming NAB agenda so that our immediate neighbors can hear directly from the project team and participate in the conversation.
Our community outreach will continue beyond that meeting and throughout the development process.
We welcome feedback from supporters, residents, local businesses and community organizations across Northern Nevada.
We're committed to listening, learning and building together.
